Robyn's Office Tips
Who will find them useful?
Well, the quick answer is anyone who uses Microsoft Office applications... and that's just about everyone.
Using Word and Excel can sometimes be frustrating; but to be fair to Microsoft, often that's because we don't know enough to best use the software. Let's face it, nobody has the time, or the inclination, or the need, to learn all the functionality that is available.
However... for each of us there are tricks and shortcuts that would be fun to use, would make life a bit easier, and perhaps more productive. Discovering those tricks, the ones that are relevant to us, is difficult. But each time we do, we have one of those magic ...."Oh, that's clever, I didn't realise it could do that!"... moments.
So, that's where Robyn's Office Tips comes in. It's a monthly drip-feed of Word, keyboard and Excel tips and tricks. They will deliver to you the occasional "Oh that's clever..." moment.

Why do we create Robyn's Office Tips?
MultiSystems is a company that specializes in Documentation and Technical Writing. As such (whilst there is always more to learn), we do have an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. For many years we have shared knowledge and tips with our clients through a monthly newsletter. The tips and shortcuts section of the newsletter has become extremely popular. Many companies circulate our newsletters among staff, and have found it to be a great way to slowly but surely help people's knowledge of Word and Excel.
As it costs no more to make these tips available to everyone, we have had the inspiration to change the name from "Newsletter" to "Robyn's Office Tips", to make it a bit zippier, and to make it available to anyone who wants it. What nice people we are!
For us, Robyn's Office Tips is fun to produce. It will not make us rich, but it might make us famous.
